Terms of Service

The service
VirtualSMS provides temporary virtual numbers and temporary email addresses so you can receive verification codes. Availability, success rates, and pricing vary by country, service, and supplier.
Credits & refunds
Credits may be purchased in-app. Cost for an activation is held from your balance and charged only if a verification code is received. If no code arrives before expiry, or you cancel under the stated rules, credits are returned. Once a code is received, that activation is final.
Acceptable use
You must use VirtualSMS lawfully. You are responsible for how you use numbers and emails, including compliance with third-party apps’ terms. We are not responsible for account bans or actions taken by third-party services.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee delivery for every request. If SMS or email does not arrive, use in-app cancel/refund options or try another number or country.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirtualSMS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost accounts or third-party restrictions.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
