Validity, refunds, delivery tips, and how VirtualSMS virtual numbers and temporary email work.
How long is a virtual number valid? What if I don’t receive an SMS?
Each number is valid for 20 minutes. If no verification code arrives within 20 minutes, the number is deactivated and the cost is automatically refunded to your balance. You can also cancel manually after 2 minutes (before receiving a code) from the My Numbers page.
When are credits charged?
When you buy a number, the cost is temporarily held from your balance. Only numbers that receive a verification code are charged. If the number expires or you cancel it before receiving a code, the amount is returned to your balance.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Cancellation is available 2 minutes after purchase. A refund is issued if no code has been received. Once a verification code is received, the activation is considered successful and a refund is no longer possible.
Do you guarantee SMS delivery for every service?
We cannot guarantee 100% success for every country and service. Delivery rates vary by country, service, and supplier. If SMS does not arrive, cancel the number and try a different country or number. We continuously work to improve availability.
What if the code doesn’t arrive?
Try requesting the verification code again on the target app, use a quality VPN or proxy matching the number’s country, or try a different country or number. Your balance is not charged unless a code is received.
How do I receive a verification SMS?
Select a service and country, then purchase a number. Enter the number on the SMS verification screen of the target app and request a code. The code appears in VirtualSMS within minutes and is sent as a notification.
How do I verify WhatsApp with a virtual number?
Select WhatsApp in Services and choose a country. After purchase, open WhatsApp, enter the number on the phone verification screen, and request a code. The verification code will appear in VirtualSMS within a few minutes.
What about account bans?
We are not responsible for banned accounts. Bans can result from many factors. A common cause is IP location not matching the number’s country. Use a quality VPN, separate devices for different accounts, and natural account behavior.
